Iain Laird, film maker

Pound of Pure is a gritty and entertaining depiction of the life of an addict, written and directed by Glencoe’s own Iain Laird. Filmed in and around Southwestern Ontario, this is the first feature length movie for the young director, who only two years ago was still attending Glencoe District High School.  He is attending Southern Alberta Institute of Technology this fall.
