Rosemary Bartlett was unanimously voted Accounting Teacher of the Year for the province of Ontario, by the selection committee of the Certified General Accountants Association of Ontario. She will be honoured at the Ontario Business Educators’ Association spring conference on Thursday, May 5th, 2011 in Toronto.
Rosemary will be presented with a plaque and two cheques: $500 for personal recognition and $500 to further develop the accounting program at Glencoe District High School. The contest is open to secondary school teachers across the province. It is a great honour to receive the award which recognizes the hard work and dedication Rosemary has consistently given to her students and the community.
